“Pumped Up” a new support group for people over 65 who are living with heart failure


At the friendly in-person groups, people can expect:

  • Expert advice and guidance from an NHS consultant
  • Guest speakers
  • Wellbeing activities and exercise
  • Peer support and friendship

The free sessions take place at the following locations:

  • Daventry: Reach for Health, Steffan Hill Ground, Western Avenue, Daventry, NN11 4UD
  • Dates: Second and fourth Thursday of the month
  • Northampton: Old Scouts Rugby Football Club (OSRFC), Rushmere Road, Northampton, NN1 5RY
  • Dates: First and third Thursday of the month

Please note: This is not a drop-in service and people who want to attend need to be referred by a healthcare professional such as a GP, Practice Nurse or Pharmacist.
